Delete your account

Deleting your SayTrail account removes your journal entries first, then the account itself. There is no retention window and no “soft delete” — the rows are gone.

From the app or the website

Sign in, open You (mobile app) or your journal settings at saytrail.com/app/entries (web), and choose Delete account. You’ll confirm once; deletion is immediate.

If you can’t sign in

Email saytrailai@gmail.comfrom the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify it’s you and delete manually.

What is deleted, and what isn’t

Deleted: every journal entry, embeddings, reminder and language settings, push subscriptions, and the account record. Audio is never stored at all — it is discarded at transcription, long before any deletion. Not deleted: nothing; there is no marketing database, ad profile, or analytics identity tied to you.
