Refunds

If you paid for Pro and it is not what you wanted, ask for your money back. No form, no reason required, no talking you out of it.

How to ask

Email saytrailai@gmail.comfrom the address you paid with, with “Refund” in the subject. That is the whole process. You do not need to explain yourself, and nobody will send you a survey.

The window

Write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full — a first payment or a renewal that caught you by surprise, either one. After 14 days we would rather cancel your renewal than argue, so ask anyway; if something has genuinely gone wrong we will still make it right.

There is nothing to refund on Free, and nothing to refund on the first 14 days — no card is taken for either, so no money ever moves.

Who actually sends the money

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for every SayTrail subscription. They are the seller on your receipt, they took the payment, and they are the ones who process the refund. We ask them; they send it. It returns by the same method you paid with — how long your bank or card issuer takes after that is between you and them.

You can also raise it with Dodo directly. Either route works. Please try one of them before a chargeback: a dispute takes weeks and an email takes a day.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not take back money already paid, and it deletes nothing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and every entry you have ever written stays exactly where it is. If you want the last charge back too, say so in the same email — one message covers both.

Lapsing back to Free never removes anything either. Your whole trail stays, you keep writing, and Ask returns to a narrower window. Nothing you said is held hostage, and export is always one tap away.

Where the price and the rules live

Pro is ₹199 a month or ₹1,499 a year, and the pricing page is the only place that quotes a number. The terms cover the rest — the account, what Free keeps forever, and how a subscription renews until you stop it.
